Q1. Are you manufacturer of trader?

Q2. How to get an accurate quotation?
A2. The customer should provide requirements or product details like drawing, pictures, voltage, etc.
Q3. Do you have any certificates?
A3. CE, ISO, SGS, BV, etc.
Q4. What is the delivery time?
A4. It depends. Normally it takes about 30 normal days after deposit received. 2 to 7 days for the stock-in. And 40 days or more for 500 ton or above.
Q5. What is the warrantee period of the machine?
A5. We offer free warranty for 12 months after delivery, and provide paid service after free warranty period for life.
A. Within the valid free warranty period, we provide free service for non-human damaged parts and we pay for the freight for replacement parts.
B. After 12 months valid warranty period, we provide paid service of component and repair, and deal with all the trouble shooting of the whole machine. The travel expenses abroad should be our customer's responsibility if we send our engineers abroad.
Q6. What is the advantage for choosing your factory?
A6. A. Except for the machine, we could also provide moulds and technical support for the whole production line.
